Fantan (Arnold Kamudyariwa) and Levels (Tafadzwa Kadzimwe) together with Boss Dammer (Simbarashe Chanachimwe) were arrested earlier this month after they hosted a New Year’s Eve gig in Mbare’s Matapi Flats.
