A PAIR of legs reportedly belonging to murdered seven-year-old Tapiwa Makore was discovered in a nearby pit latrine as the search for all his body parts continues.Tapiwa was allegedly murdered for ritual purposes by his uncle Tapiwa Makore (Snr) and his domestic worker, Tafadzwa Shamba (40). Shamba on Friday led detectives to the recovery of the legs dumped in a toilet while the boy’s head is yet to be found. Comedienne Felistas Murata, better known as Mai TT, took one of her colleagues to court for inciting one of her friends and a personal assistant to kill her claiming she was a moving grave. Mai TT took Kristle Smasher to the Harare Magistrates’ Court complaining that she incited her personal assistant Morepower Masimba Gombe and Patricia Jeke to suffocate her to death while on a hospital bed. Smasher is being charged with incitement. She appeared before magistrate Mrs Sharon Rakafa. Smasher was granted $900 bail and ordered to return to court on October 15 for trial. JITI musician Baba Harare is suing a United Kingdom-based music distribution company Jacaranda Media Group for nearly £45 000 in royalties and seeking an order for cancellation of their contract. Baba Harare, born Braveman Chizvino, is also suing Charles Guvamatanga and Jordan Mangwiro as second and third defendants. Baba Harare, through his lawyer Mr Arshiel Mugiya, has since issued summons demanding that Jacaranda Media Group, Guvamatanga and Mangwiro pay him £17 500 in royalties for music sold, £25 000 for breach of contract and order in cancelation for distribution of his music.
