A nurse at Uwani General Hospital who recently drew public attention for speaking out about the facility’s poor state has been placed on indefinite suspension and relieved of her clinical responsibilities.
She had earlier gone viral after sharing a video in which she revealed the hospital’s struggles with essential services such as water supply, electricity, and oxygen availability issues she said made it difficult to handle emergency cases safely.
