On 23/09/25, Police in Harare arrested Elijah Meskano (43) at R.G. Mugabe International Airport in connection with a case of fraud. The suspect allegedly orchestrated a fraudulent transfer of ownership for a property valued at USD
580 000.00 located at Gletwin, Harare. The offence came to light when the rightful owner received Harare City Council’s bills bearing the names of the suspect and his wife.
