ordering her to remain in custody for a formal plea recording. The legal trouble began on the night of March 29 at approximately 10:00 PM. According to the State’s case, represented by Emma Habeza of the Zimbabwe Republic Police Highlands, Jack arrived at the station to follow up on a friend who had been arrested and was being held in the cells.

What began as an inquiry quickly escalated into a high-stakes confrontation. The prosecution alleges that Jack launched a verbal assault on the officers on duty, utilizing vulgar language and shouting. In an attempt to intimidate the personnel, Jack reportedly “name-dropped” several senior government officials to create the impression that she possessed significant political influence. The court heard that she explicitly vowed to have the officers fired, claiming the police force at Highlands “had to go down.” B
