Police in Scotland have arrested several people accused of selling fake Scotland FC merchandise without the permission of Zimbabwean businessman Scott Kupa, who is being credited online as the new owner of the team.
The arrests came after an investigation uncovered counterfeit jerseys, tracksuits, and caps being sold at markets and online stores. Scott Kupa, speaking through his representative “Scot Rupee,” warned that anyone using his team’s name or logo without authorization will face legal action. He added that the crackdown is meant to protect the integrity of the brand and ensure fans receive genuine, high-quality gear.
