In Loving Memory of Mr. Shadreck Chinembiri
We join the Chinembiri family, NABA Volleyball, Social Wellness Volleyball League, Harare Volleyball Association, and the entire Zimbabwe Volleyball community in mourning the untimely passing of Mr. Shadreck Chinembiri — former HVA Chairperson and a true stalwart of our sport.
The HVA 2024 season stands as a living testament to what administrative dedication and visionary leadership can achieve. With your team, you helped us live the dream. Even in your absence, the seeds you planted continue to bear fruit — a reflection of your enduring love for the game and your commitment to its growth.
As MNL, you carried forward the legacy of previous HVA administrations and entrusted us with the freedom to pursue our media work. You always encouraged us with your words : “chero zvinoita kuti zviite, itai kuti zviite” — a call to action that still echoes in our hearts. You welcomed us into your private office for our Hotseat episode, generously sharing your volleyball dream and inspiring us with your passion.
We salute you, sir. You ran your race with grace, integrity, and unwavering devotion to volleyball. You kept the dream alive — and for that, we will forever be grateful.
May the Lord be with you always. Rest in His Heavenly Peace, until we meet again.
