The collapseZvinorwadza kunzwa big figures falling down,OK Zimbabwe Limited has gone into corporate rescue after its board approved the move on 23 February 2026, according to a notice from Wintertons Legal Practitioners.
Bulisa Phillemon Mbano has been appointed to oversee the rescue process. The required documents were filed with the High Court and the Registrar of Companies on 24 February 2026, which is also the official start date of the rescue proceedings.
The notice was issued to all affected parties, including creditors, employees, trade unions and shareholders.
