Headline: MY FINAL WORKDAY: A CRY FOR JUSTICE FROM THE GRAVE ?️⚡*
To my family, my friends, and my colleagues at ZETDC,
I am Philemon Kudakwashe Madyambudzi. Most of you knew me as Kuda. I went to work like any other day, serving my country and my company, but I never came home. I died on duty, electrocuted while trying to keep the lights on for others.
But my story didn't end at that accident scene.
My spirit is restless because of what happened next.
While I lay cold, I was treated like company property, not a human being. Before my wife, *Munashe Deka*, or my brother, *Happymore*, were even told I was gone, I was moved. My body was taken from the scene to Parirenyatwa, and then to Nyaradzo, without a single word to my family.
Why was my wife’s name and signature *forged* on the papers to move me? Mr. Nyamudeza and Takudzwa Mabika, why did you write Munashe’s name on those forms but put a stranger’s phone number next to it? Why was my family denied the right to see me and perform our sacred traditions before I was hauled away?
I worked hard for ZETDC, but since my funeral, the silence from management has been deafening.
No official condolences to my next of kin for over a week.
No NSSA case number provided to my family.
No accountability for the people who forged my wife’s identity while she was still in shock.
I am gone, but my family is still here, and they are hurting. They aren't fighting for my estate; they are fighting for *TRUTH and RESPECT.*
ZETDC, why are you avoiding the meetings? Why is no one suspended for the forgery? Was my life worth so little that you had to lie to move my body?
I am calling on all my friends and colleagues to share this. Don't let my death be swept under the rug. I served with honor—I deserve justice.
