Good News👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 |the ZRP announced that they have arrested a foreign national named Cassian Pascal Mangombe (45) for stealing from cars in Harare between 18 and 21 August 2025.
The thefts happened at Bond Shopping Centre (Mt Pleasant), Greenfields Shopping Centre (Samora Machel Avenue), and Village Walk Shopping Centre (Borrowdale). Items stolen included three laptops and fuel coupons.
He was caught on 22 August 2025 in Msasa, Harare. Police recovered some fuel coupons, but the man had already sent the laptops to his country by bus. Investigations also showed he entered Zimbabwe illegally.
