A cyclist had a terrifying encounter with a pirate taxi driver who shouted: “I wanted to kll you!”
The frightening incident, captured on camera and quickly going viral on social media, involved a Toyota Wish taxi whose driver threatened the rider in broad daylight.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) have launched a manhunt for the driver and are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to his identification and arrest.Its just language issue here
