1000 Zim Women Seeked UK Asylum On False Mugabe Abuse Alegations

A UK lawyer says that 1000 Zimbabwean woman claimed asylum in the UK by alleging that they were personally raped by President Mugabe. Not only did they make such claims, the claimants were able to pay destitute Zimbabwean police officers money to get fake police reports with stamps and dates because of the poverty caused by sanctions. It’s such frivolous claims, that are untested in court, which the west base their sanctions on. And we understand that there are human rights activists and lawyers who get paid to assist people to fill in these asylum forms. It’s the work of people like Alex Magaisa who receives money from the British government for his NGO that is used to destabilize Zimbabwe through MDC. MDC Alliance Says Chamisa Safe After Vehicle Allegedly Shot In Mutare

Nelson Chamisa was taken to safety after his convoy was allegedly shot at in Mutare on Tuesday afternoon, the party said. His MDC Alliance party blamed “Zanu PF thugs” for the attack, which comes after a similar incident in Masvingo last week. “There has been another attempted assassination on president Chamisa. A bullet flew through one window of the vehicle carrying him and went out through the other. This attempted assassination and use of gunshots on president Chamisa’s vehicle and another that is part of his convoy are cause for grave concern,” the MDC Alliance said in a statement. Police Launched A Manhunt For 70 Chamisa Supporters

POLICE have launched a manhunt for over 70 MDC Alliance supporters who engaged in a voter registration campaign in Chitungwiza over the weekend. Seven activists were arrested and yesterday, five of them were granted $6 000 bail each by Chitungwiza magistrate Sheunesu Matova and ordered to report to Zengeza Police Station once a week. Among the arrested were juveniles aged 16 and 17 who were released into the custody of their parents.  They are facing a charge of participating in a public gathering with intent to promote public violence. The seven were represented by Tapiwa Muchineripi of the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights. Death Toll Rises Amid Riots & Looting In SA

DURBAN – FROM a matric pupil to the elderly, more than 30 people have been killed during the ongoing protests and looting in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng. On Tuesday morning, KZN Premier Sihle Zikalala said 26 people were killed in the province and this included people who died during stampedes when looting was taking place. Fresh War Erupts Over Mugabe Remains

A fresh war has erupted over the burial  of the late president Robert Mugabe with a Zvimba villager dragging the erstwhile strongman's widow Grace to a traditional court over the matter. Chiwenga Says Vaccine Certificate Will Soon Be A Passport

Vice-President and Health minister Constantino Chiwenga warned yesterday that government could soon be forced to make the COVID-19 vaccination certificate a prerequisite for public services if citizens continue shunning the inoculation exercise.
