Former legislator Dexter Nduna has been ars expected to appear in court on Wednesday on charges of obstructing justice.
Police allege Nduna threatened to unleash dogs on a Messenger of Court who had moved to attach his property over an outstanding US$41,000 debt. The court order reportedly included the attachment of a Toyota Fortuner, which the Messenger of Court was unable to seize after the alleged threats.
