Mary Chiwenga Ndakarova Maid Becoz She Was Poisining Vana Vangu

Marry Mubaiwa Chiwenga has accused her estranged husband Vice President Constantino Chiwenga of engineering her arrest so that she could be sent back to prison.

Marry was sent back to Chikurubi Maximum Prison on Saturday after she was denied bail for allegedly assaulting the family childminder Delight Munyoro. Marry has denied the assault allegations insisting that she did not touch Munyoro. Marry’s family has gone as far as alleging Munyoro asked a soldier to slap her so that they could frame Marry in order to tarnish her image.

Zimbolivenews  has established from online publication Zimlive that in her bail appeal filed at the High Court, Marry conceded that she had a war of words with Munyoro but emphasized that this did not escalate into violence.

Revealing the reason for the altercation between the two, Marry alleged that Munyoro had been poisoning her children against each other. Marry said that she confronted Munyoro after learning that Munyoro had directed Marry’s children from her marriage with Vice President Chiwenga to shun Marry’s children from her past relationships. Marry has three children with Vice President Constantino Chiwenga as well as two other children from her previous relationships.

In her court papers, Marry said,

“At the end of the day on January 27, 2020, the appellant (Mubaiwa) received reports from her older children that the younger children had shunned them. When she asked about their behaviour, they advised that Delight Munyoro, the woman who looks after them, had strongly warned them not to speak to their older siblings.

On January 28, 2020, when she went to collect the older children from school, she saw the complainant (Munyoro) sitting in a vehicle with the usual security details from the army and Central Intelligence Organisation.

She asked the complainant why she had instructed the younger children not to speak to their siblings and the complainant responded that applicant should be thankful and grateful that she was caring for the children as their father obviously cannot look after them. There was no physical contact as complainant had armed personnel and was also sitting in the car.”

In her bail appeal at the High Court, Marry said that Harare Magistrate Bianca Makwande “had erred and misdirected herself” in denying Marry bail because she failed to consider several issues.
