A woman who recently gave birth at Mutare General Hospital shared her experience. She explained that there is a list of things you must buy before having a C-section at the hospital. Those who
cannot afford these items are not assisted until they manage to buy them. In emergency cases, doctors still do the operation, but nothing is given afterwards to help with the pain.
