The driver of a Honda Fit, with number plate AFM 1892, was using a long screwdriver to scratch cars on the oncoming side of the road. He was doing this to vehicles that had slightly moved into our lane. He scratched several cars as he drove past. If your car was damaged, please report it to the police.
