The ZRP has asked Interpol and regional police to help find war veteran and former ZANU-PF member Blessed Geza.
Geza is wanted for stealing a car, insulting the president, and encouraging public vioIence. This comes after he publicly criticized President Mnangagwa and gave him a 10-day deadline to resign.
ZRP spokesperson Paul Nyathi confirmed that police are still searching for Geza and have asked international and regional police to help with the case. He said: “The police are still looking for Blessed Geza in relation to
ongoing criminal investigations. It is correct that the Zimbabwe Republic Police has engaged Interpol and relevant regional police services as investigations into the case continue.”
