The police have arrested a suspect for stealing ZESA copper cables in Harare, Mashonaland East, and Mashonaland Central. The suspect is connected to eight thefts in Ruwa, Erasmus Park, Mount Hampden, Mazowe, and Bindura. He was caught at Arcturus Mine while cutting and taking seven meters of armoured cable.
